eegee's

I am the Senior Director of Brand & Loyalty for eegee's where I get to combine my love of creativity, strategy, and data analytics. Since being with eegee's, I have been able to develop my skills and I have had the honor of  holding four different roles- Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Manager of Brand & Loyalty.  Not only have I been able to grow within the company, I have also helped eegee's open 9 new locations, overseen several teams, launched 5 new product lines, executed numerous limited-time offers, and grown our Rewards program by over 300%.

 

One of my main duties is to oversee the eegee's Reward program. I designed and manage the customer journey, the discount and offer strategy, technology development and integration, as well as I create email and app communications. 

 

In addition to Rewards, I oversee the non-member promotional strategy and menu innovation including all discounts, pricing, creative assets, and integration into the POS and online ordering. I measure the performance of these offers and products and leverage the findings to continue to enhance our offerings and the guest experience.

The branding side of my role includes overseeing the creative direction and signage for in-store artwork, limited-time offers, eegees.com, and more. It also includes creating brand partnership, engaging with external vendors, planning events, creating press releases, and more. Being able to be a part of so many different aspects of the business and create meaningful relationships is one of my favorite aspects of this role. I look forward to what the future holds!

WILDJOY

Wildjoy is a startup company with the mission of empowering others to seek adventure and experience joy. During my 12 weeks as a Marketing Intern the summer of 2020, I worked in a variety of functions.During the summer of 2020, I was a Marketing Intern for Wildjoy where I created graphics and executed campaign.  I planned marketing campaigns, created branded gifs, wrote a blog, and designed other social media graphics and materials.

ZONAZOO

ZonaZoo is the official student section for the University of Arizona and is one of the largest student-run student section in the nations. ZonaZoo Crew is responsible for Bear Down Fridays, Student Tailgates, Game Day Operations, Community Outreach, and acts as a voice for the students.  

 

As Director of Marketing and Branding for ZonaZoo, I oversaw ZonaZoo's social media (@ZonaZooOfficial), emails, and website. My mission was to increase engagement and diversity throughout posts. In recent years, the accounts have become similar to the Arizona Athletic's feed. A main goal of mine was to differentiate ourselves by incorporating more pictures of fans and get back to our student section roots.

MGM RESORTS INTERNATIONAL

Summer of 2019, I had the opportunity to be a Hotel Operations Intern for MGM Resorts. I relocated to Washington D.C. for 10 weeks to work along side experienced members of MGM National Harbor. I spent five weeks in Housekeeping and five weeks at the Front Desk along with days spent in HR, Sales & Catering, Guest Experience, and Spa & Recreation. This internship taught me invaluable knowledge on the hospitality industry. I grew a lot in my short time by living in a new city across the country and working for a renown corporation.
